Richarlison Tottenham Striker Commits to Seeking Psychological Support for Personal Growth

Tottenham Hotspur striker Richarlison has revealed his intention to seek psychological assistance upon his return to England after the international break. The Brazilian forward was visibly emotional and in tears after being substituted during Brazil’s resounding 5-1 victory over Bolivia last Saturday.

Richarlison attributed his reaction to the need to release the emotional burden caused by off-pitch issues. Since his £60 million transfer from Everton last summer, the 24-year-old has struggled to find consistent form, managing only four goals in 40 appearances for Spurs.

“I have experienced a tumultuous period off the field over the past five months,” Richarlison stated. “However, things have become more stable now in my personal life. Those individuals who were solely concerned with my financial well-being are no longer part of my inner circle.”
